I understand that the main outcome of a mortgagee sale is to recover debt. I also understand that this can be a difficult time for both the bank and the mortgagee. Previous sales have proven that the high level of courtesy, respect and compassion that I offer all stakeholders allows increased cooperation which in turn leads to a far better outcome for all concerned in what can be a sensitive situation.
