Dave’s Referral Rewards – Terms and Conditions

1.Dave’s Referral Rewards promotions will run for Quarterly. ie.,the period April, May and June 2011. July, August and September 2011 etc., This is herein referred to as the Promotional Period.
2.Qualifying referrals are homes that are listed and sold with Dave McGall during the promotional period.
3.The referred property / properties must be listed through Dave McGall within the appraised price range or by Auction or Tender program.
4.The referral fee will not apply if Dave has already contacted the said persons that the referee is referring.
5.In the event that more than one person refers the same person, the referral fee will be paid only to the first person who notifies Dave (providing Dave has not already contacted the said persons that the referee is referring).
6.Properties that are listed during the promotional period but are SOLD after the promotional period shall qualify for the next holiday prize draw.
7.The Rewards will be received at a function to be held on the second Thursday of the month following the completion of each qualifying Quarter. All referees will be invited to attend this function.
8.Winners agree to Dave taking photographs and marketing the draw winners as he sees fit.
9.Dave reserves the right to change or add to these conditions at any time without notice.
10.Prizes are not transferable for cash.
11.Prizes are to be taken within 12 months of the draw date.
